1. Snacks will be provided in the Student Center for about 50 plus teachers and sponsors. Snacks will be set at 8:00. Snacks we agreed to are: Donuts, Coffee, Cookies, Chips, Chex Mix, Mixed Nuts, Canned Sodas, Bottled Water.

2. Breakfast available from 7am-8am. We will serve our regular breakfast menu. An extra 50 or so people are expected to come for breakfast. Patrons will pay at the register.

3. Lunch will be served in the Dining Hall and Spillover seating will be in the Arena. The menu will be as follows: Pulled Pork Sandwich, Baked Beans, Chips, Oatmeal Pie, Fruit Cup, Canned Soda, Bottled Water. (Pulled Chicken sandwiches will be available upon request). Because the majority of our guests will have to walk over to eat in the Arena, everyone will receive a white paper lunch bag with chips, fruit cup, oatmeal pie, spork and napkin- and they will go through the serving line and get their hot bbq sandwich and 4 oz cup of baked beans. After their bags are filled, they will proceed to two tables where canned sodas and bottled water is available. Lunch tickets will be sold earlier in the day by Lynn Stewart and turned in to our cashier. After the event, I will collect the money from Lynn and deposit it accordingly.

4. We will be expecting guests between 10:45-1:00.
